Here’s what we’ll do:
Fill out the General Questionnaire and the Food and Beverage Log. This information will help me to tailor my approach to your specific needs and circumstances
Together we will implement changes and strategies bit by bit over the course of 6 weeks. I will help you to stay motivated and teach you whatever you need to know to get your sleep back on track.
Voilá! Meet with the new you – the sleeping one! Enjoy your recoverd energy and health. Now you will look forward to START the day and not just to END it.
Every week we will talk about a certain topic, which I call “modules”. A week before our (video)call I will send you an email with videos and documents to prepare you for the next module. Please watch and read the information I send you. During our call I will explain the subject even further and we will come up with an action plan on HOW you can implement the necessary changes. This way we will move through all 6 sessions together.
Before we start with our sessions, the first step will be to fill out a “General Questionnaire” and a “Food & Beverage Log” for 3 days.
Each week before each session I will send you an email with videos and PDF’s. I ask you to please read/watch the materials. This is a necessary step to do in order that we can make the most out of our time during our private sessions. You might need 30 to 60 min to revise the materials I send you via email each week. Furthermore, I will send you each week a very short evaluation questionnaire to see how the last week went. And I will send you an online log to track your sleep habits, which I ask you to fill out regularly. This way I can prepare myself better for our call and if necessary come up with a new action plan or additional information. To fill out this questionnaire should cost you only a couple of minutes.
Our weekly sessions will last between 30 to 60 minutes.
Before our session I will study your sleep & exercise log and have a look at the weekly evaluation questionnaire you did send me back. This way I can see how the last week went, wich changes were easy for youy to implement, which weren’t and how I can come up with a strategy to support you better.
At the beginning of each session we will quickly review your progress over the last week and if necessary change or adapt things. Then we will concentrate on the topic of the module we are working on. Since you watched and read the info material I did send you before, you know what we will talk about. Together we will come up with a plan on how to implement the changes and strategies for the up coming week.
After each session I will send you an email with the bulletpoints you have to work on this week and I will also send you the info material for the next week. So you will have time to go through it.
Because change is hard and you can not do it all at once. Furthermore, I can’t throw all the information and knowledge I have at you in one single session. This will overwhelm you and probably scare you away. I try to give you information as you need it and as you are able to digest and use it to reach your sleep goal.
Sleep is a very complex matter and a lot of external and internal factors can wreak havoc on your sleep. The good news though is that sleep is something completely natural and we are all designed to sleep. The aim of my program is to look at ALL external and internal factors which can cause sleep issues. We will try to improve and polish whatever is possible. Looking at all the little pieces and not just focusing on one single area usually brings great results.
Furthermore I am equiped with different prooven tools and techniques to help you improve your sleep hugely.

I will support and motivate you as best as I can throughout the whole process. I use different ways to do so.
I will overlook your progress via an online sleep & movement log. You will send me a weekly evaluation questionnaire so I know whats going on and how I can tailor my support and approach to your needs better. I will also send you videos and PDF’s with relevant information for each module and session we are working on.
And of course during our session you can ask me anything. Between sessions I am available to you via emails or WhatsApp messages.
My support for this package will be 6 weeks.
If you like to prolong the support you can always book extra weeks.
