Here’s what we’ll do:

  • I know that you like your numbers and facts. I do too. And I prefer testing than guessing. That is why this option will dig deep into your life as well as your physical health

    Here’s what we will do:

    The first step is to take 5 lab tests.

    You can take these tests from home. I’ll help you through that process and they are shipped back to the lab via courier (no need to make an appointment anywhere and take time off work or cancel your kid’s birthday party…or happy hour with your friends) so that we can be a lot more efficient when supporting your body back to health

    The lab tests are:

    • Dutch test: This is a test to check out your hormones 
    • GI Map test: This test analyzes your gut’s general health and shows us if pathogens are present (parasites, bacterias and yeast infections)
    • Food intolerance test: This helps us to see which food does cause inflammation in your gut and body
    • Toxic & Essential Element test: Here we see if you have deficiencies in essential minerals and elements or if you have high levels of toxic elements
    • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis: Like the test above, but we dig even deeper to see if there are any deficiencies, toxins or mineral ratio imbalances 

    In addition to these tests you will get 8 educational modules/private sessions with me where we dive into your test results and into proven and tested stress resilience techniques because you will keep being stuck if you only look at one of the two sleep saboteurs (body or mind) and not the other.

    • 8 personal sessions with me. We will talk about sleep hygiene, habits & lifestyle choices which could impact your sleep in a negative way, routines, environmental factors, diet & exercise, mindest, stress management & stress resilience techniques and of course, we will analyze your lab test results and talk about it

    • A personalized protocol of natural supplements according to your lab test results which will  improve your sleep and health

    • 3 months of support and access to me. This means apart from our 8 private sessions/calls you can contact me via email or WhatsApp messages.

LAB TESTS

Complete all your lab tests. If you need help I’ll guide you through the whole process of testing and shipping it back to the lab.

QUESTIONNAIRE

Fill out the General Questionnaire and the Food & Beverage log. This information will help me to tailor my approach to your specific needs and circumstances.

SLEEP

While we wait for your lab results to come back,  we will use the time for more prep work or we’ll start already with the first few sessions. To get things moving.

PROTOCOL

As soon as we get your results back, we’ll go over them together and I will send you a personalized supplement protocol to improve your health.

CHANGE

Together we will implement changes and strategies bit by bit over the course of 3 months. I will help you to stay motivated and teach you whatever you need to know to get your sleep back on track.

FAQS

Every week we will talk about a certain topic, which I call “modules”. A week before our (video)call I will send you an email with videos and documents to prepare you for the next module. Please watch and read the information I send you. During our call I will explain the subject even further and we will come up with an action plan on HOW you can implement the necessary changes. This way we will move through all 8 sessions together

The very first step for you to do are the lab tests. They will arrive to your doors step. You will need to complete them and ship them back to the labs. 

Before we start with our sessions, I ask you to fill out a “General Questionnaire” and a “Food & Beverage Log” for 3 days. 

A week before each session I will send you an email with videos and PDF’s. I ask you to please read/watch the materials. This is a necessary step to do in order that we can make the most out of our time during our private sessions. You might need 30 to 60 min to revise the materials I send you via email each week.

Furthermore, I will send you each week a very short evaluation questionnaire to see how the last week went. And I will send you an online log to track your sleep habits, which I ask you to fill out regularly.  This way I can prepare myself better for our call and if necessary come up with a new action plan or additional information. To fill out this questionnaire should cost you only a couple of minutes.

Before our session I will study your sleep & exercise log and have a look at the weekly evaluation questionnaire you did send me back. This way I can see how the last week went, wich changes were easy for youy to implement, which weren’t and how I can come up with a strategy to support you better.

At the beginning of each session we will quickly review your progress over the last week and if necessary change or adapt things. Then we will concentrate on the topic of the module we are working on. Since you watched and read the info material I did send you before, you know what we will talk about. Together we will come up with a plan on how to implement the changes and strategies for the up coming week.

After each session I will send you an email with the bulletpoints you have to work on this week and I will also send you the info material for the next week. So you will have time to go through it.

Because change is hard and you can not do it all at once. Furthermore, I can’t throw all the information and knowledge I have at you in one single session. This will overwhelm you and probably scare you away. I try to give you information as you need it and as you are able to digest and use it to reach your sleep goal.

Sleep is a very complex matter and a lot of external and internal factors can wreak havoc on your sleep. The good news though is that sleep is something completely natural and we are all designed to sleep. The aim of my program is to look at ALL external and internal factors which can cause sleep issues. We will try to improve and polish whatever is possible. Looking at all the little pieces and not just focusing on one single area usually brings great results.

Furthermore I am equiped with different prooven tools and techniques to help you improve your sleep hugely.

I have many happy clients who can vouch for that.

I will support and motivate you as best as I can throughout the whole process. I use different ways to do so.

I will overlook your progress via an online sleep & movement log. You will send me a weekly evaluation questionnaire so I know whats going on and how I can tailor my support and approach to your needs better. I will also send you videos and PDF’s with relevant information for each module and session we are working on.

And of course during our session you can ask me anything. Between sessions I am available to you via emails or WhatsApp messages.

My support for this package will be 3 months. 

If you like to prolong the support you can always book extra weeks.
